10th Oct - Nehemiah's Planning

 Nehemiah recognised that he could not do it on his own. He needed others and encouraged them to:

1. Put God First

• You enter the kingdom by being born again (the Sheep Gate - John 10).
• You serve the kingdom by putting God first

2. Preserve the Unity

• Respect Differences - occupations; status; nationality; application!
• Recognise Unselfishness - from within & beyond Jerusalam

3. Persist in Service

• Some Remembered their Past - we are redeemed
• Some Looked to their Future - build for eternity
